The client page
The client page is your client's private area at your studio's /portal address. They sign in using an emailed link and see projects you have shared with them.
Invite the right people
Open the project and find People & client page. Add the relevant contacts, confirm their email addresses and choose Invite to client page for each person who needs access.
Access belongs to a person and a project. Adding a contact to a project alone does not grant it, and access to one job does not expose another job for the same studio.
Sending documents can also create the recipient's client access as part of delivery. Review the project's people and access list before sharing sensitive work.
What clients can do
Clients can see shared project information and sessions, answer estimates addressed to them, sign agreements where they are a signer, pay invoices addressed to them and open the project's galleries. They can also message the studio in their own conversations.
One person having project access does not give them every document addressed to another person. Internal notes and the studio's activity timeline stay in the workspace.
Preview and remove access
Use View as beside a person on the project to check their view. This is useful before asking a client to accept, sign or pay.
Use Remove access when a person should no longer open the project. The next request checks their access again. Gallery guests with a separate link and passcode have a different access path; manage those permissions on the gallery too.
