Photos & albums
Photos is your studio's photo library. Upload photographs into albums, then use those albums for the public website or private client delivery. A gallery, portfolio category or shop piece references the library rather than requiring its own upload workflow.
Upload and organize
Create an album for a distinct body of work and upload your photographs. Wait for processing to finish before expecting display images to appear. The system keeps the original and creates smaller versions for display.
Keep client deliveries in their own albums. Add useful titles and descriptions so the images are easier to identify and use on the public website.
Public and private use
An album cannot be both public and in a private client gallery. Public uses include portfolio categories, the home page hero, shop pieces and images selected for marketing or package cards.
Gallery albums stay private. Album pickers enforce the boundary and explain conflicting uses. If a client photograph is also approved for public use, upload the approved selection to a separate public-use album.
Published display images are copied to the public image store. Client-gallery images are served through access checks. The original used for downloads or printing remains distinct from the smaller image shown on a page.
Protect your originals
Optional original backup uses a connected Cloudflare R2 bucket. Once the operator configures it, an owner can enable backup in Photos. Keep your own archive and confirm the backup state before relying on it.
Photos needed by shop pieces or unshipped print orders may be protected from deletion. Check where an image is used before removing it.
